WebJan 22, 2015 · It's fused in two halves, so if it was that (or a connection) then you'd have half of it not working. In your case it just looks like a few of the elements in that central 'column' have failed. The only solution is a new screen really. When looking at the screen, it appears to be in 3 sections. The windscreen (whole) doesn't heat up/clear ice but the button in the cockpit does light up. Anybody experienced this before or have any ideas?
