WebMay 18, 2015 · Dell Hardware Dell Optiplex 3010. Was working fine. Upgraded RAM from a 1x4 to a 2x4, PC3-10600U. Now when you apply power it starts to boot then the power just fails, as if the cable is unplugged, few seconds later comes back on in a loop. Went back to original ram. Same issue.
