The County anticipates having a consultant on-board by July 2024. The design phase is expected to take approximately 3 years. WebPinellas County hired Ayres to provide design, detailing, and permitting efforts to develop a pedestrian bridge over Joe’s Creek, part of the Phase 4 Greenway Park project in the County’s continuing efforts to provide greenspace and recreational areas for residents and visitors in the Lealman Community area.
