(To an extent, mission related terrain like venture races might move) but biomes stay the same, it’s still somewhat random and generation stays the same no matter the seed chosen. For example, the "Serenity" seed that I've mentioned. I started the seed 3 times and the second base was always in about the same location, but the first base was only there 2 out of the 3 times.
