Add lemon juice, white wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Toss to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking. Transfer to a serving platter or bowl. WebToss together the strawberries, tomatoes, vinegar, oil and salt in a mixing bowl. Let marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes. Plate each individual serving and top with basil pieces and slices of Manchego cheese.
